Three years later, the transmission failed. The dealership found additional issues, and the total repair bill came to $10,000. I owed nothing. That one claim alone saved me $7,300, and I used the warranty several more times with little or no out-of-pocket cost. That experience completely changed my perspective.

Over the years, I’ve also realized that many people don’t know much about vehicles beyond how to drive them.
